I, Md S Rahman, am 28 years old and am from Bangladesh a highly aspiring boy. Management is a rapidly developing field, which rapidly addresses current business management issues in business strategy concepts. I have chosen to study the MSc Management (with Professional Development and Planning (PDP) module) programme at the BPP University because this course will enable me to enhance my understanding of contemporary leadership theories and develop my capabilities in management. I am looking forward to enriching my knowledge and skills in management and looking forward to learning something new. Following my secondary and intermediate, I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Information System in 2019 at Daffodil International University. While my study in bachelor's degree, I was involved in various types of curriculum activities such as Attended and organized workshops, Volunteering, Campus ambassadors, Socializing, and Fund Raising. It is at this point that I realize that I need a higher degree from abroad to further my knowledge and establish myself as an expert. This degree will allow me to gain more knowledge about the practical and technical skills of running business management in the real world. Moreover, this course prepares graduates for the highest standards of management-level positions and focuses on practical knowledge and skills. In addition, I am a self-motivated, punctual, hard- working, and self-confident person. This course will help me understand the context and situation of any business management. As a business student, I hope that I will learn a lot from this course. Moreover, I have chosen this course for opportunities and employment in various fields like as successful management consultancy, HR and operations. My English language knowledge and skills have developed through my Bachelor's course, as the medium of instruction for this course has been in English. Moreover, I am eager to learn all related skills and knowledge from this course. So, I believe this course will be suitable for my career planning and professional development objectives.
I picked the UK to study this course for a variety of reasons. UK education highlights reality and they teach to be realistic. UK University is reputation, renowned for academic excellence, good industry links as well as offering flexible postgraduate schemes. The UK has a longstanding reputation for providing high-quality education and receiving international students from around the world. Qualifications obtained from the UK are highly valued worldwide and especially in my country. The university is run from the London campus so I would like to complete this course from there. Over 16,000 students study at BPP University, studying across 13 centers, and 98.1% of BPP graduates are employed in highly skilled professions six months after graduation. Besides, the BPP University MSc Management (with Professional Development Planning (PDP)module) programme is designed to help me acquire the understanding and skills of modern management theories. The Professional Development Planning (PDP) programme is taught alongside 18-month MSc management to increase the employment of future leadership professionals. It is designed for workshops, coaching sessions and additional learning that will help establish a professional career, and access to work placement opportunities. In this course, I will learn how to practice management systems and creatively through the development of advanced knowledge and understanding. The main purpose of the study in this programme is to prepare graduates for the highest standards of management-level positions and focus on practical knowledge and skills. Therefore, I want to cover my knowledge gap and enhance my current academic level. I strongly believe that my chosen field of study will open doors for advancement. The modules include Personal Effectiveness, Leading Through Digital Disruption, Global Strategy and Sustainability, Customer Experience Strategy, Data Driven Decisions for Business, Management Essentials, Executive Leadership & Governance, and Business Project. So, I am confident that this MSc programme can create better and more opportunities for my future career.
Since I have the opportunity to study this course at BPP University, I plan to return to my home country with a wealth of knowledge and skills from this course. After completion of the course, I want to pursue my career as an Operations Manager or HR Manager of any leading organization as per the requirements of my country. At present, in my country reputed organizations are giving priority to students who have obtained degrees from abroad. I'm determined to complete this course in the UK because I firmly believe that there are high standards for applicants with these degrees and that UK education is built on the proper professionals. The learning of this course will make me more attractive, and memorable and helps prepare me for the workplace. UK course duration is shorter than in other countries and living costs and tuition fees are much lower than in other countries. The UK prepares students academically and provides soft skills that are helpful for future careers. On the other hand, soft skills are not acquired because the study environment in my country follows a theoretical approach to education. I have also chosen to further my studies in the UK to be more valuable in the job market, which will enable me to reach my future goals. These are one of the main reasons for me to study in the UK. According to a recent study of international graduation results in 2019 by iGraduate by Universities UK International 82 % of overseas graduates feel their UK degree is beneficial for financial investment and a similar number of graduates said they were satisfied or very satisfied with their careers. Approximately 83% believe a UK degree helped them acquire a job. Moreover, I believe that this course will be helpful for my professional career.
