Completion of an occupational health (OH) assessment questionnaire is a formal condition of any offer made. Failure to meet this condition would result in forfeiture of a place on the course. Details of the procedure for completing the OH assessment questionnaire are sent by the university with the offer letter.
Through the information provided in the pre-course health screening questionnaire it may be deemed necessary for you to attend an appointment with an OH authorised person prior to the start of the course.
