A no objection letter (also known as No Objection Certificate or NOC) is a formal letter written by a manager/supervisor/director of the company where you are working now.

The letter must be on official letterhead of the employer organisation, have all the contact details of the employer organisation and contain the manager/supervisor/director’s full name, designation, contact information, signature and date.

A no objection letter for visit visa application might be required by the visa officer if you are applying to visit abroad but currently on employment.
