I am Md S Uddin,keen to study the MBA with work placement at York St John University London Campus to enhance my current academic attainments, extend my skills in Business and with professional skills and create better opportunities to design my career in the field.

Following my Secondary and Higher Secondary education were science background and I studied my Bachelor and Master Degree in Daw’ah and Islamic Studies under the International Islamic University Chittagong, Bangladesh.. After completing those courses, I have joined an Institution as a lecturer and serving to the students. After joining my job place, I realized that, MBA course is very important for any person to enhance their knowledge and it also play a role to make them unique from others. As a result , they will get opportunity in any place. For this reason, I take great interest to study an MBA program under the York St John University London Campus , the ‘Gold’ ranked university by the Teaching Excellence Framework. I have made the decision after considering all aspects of my academic and and career developments.

When researching the MBA course offered at York St John University London Campus, I find the Module Level 1 including Dynamic Perspectives on Sustainable Business, Leading Innovation and Cultural Change , Business Development and Value Creation, Global Business Strategy, Accounting and Finance for Decision Making and Marketing and Data Analytics. Then Business Consultancy Project which is compulsory for every students. Those courses that one cannot miss out at masters level to become competitive in the globalised business world. Without academic depth in these , I have considered myself incomplete and set my mind to attain these by following the MBA course.

I have decided to study this course in the UK as education in my home country is mostly theory based; there is not much applications in learning. The political chaos makes it harder to complete course on time and with focus on education. Besides, the academic environment is solely national students based, missing multi-cultural diverse riches of student community from international countries. The one dimensional and single directional learning do not provide many opportunities to gain soft skills and have global outlook in learning. Additionally, tutors and learning equipment lag far behind UK.
