After completion of my SSC and HSC in Business Studies, I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India. Then I have completed my MBA programme from Leading University, Sylhet, Bangladesh. I have worked as an Executive officer at Multiplan Ltd. from January 2009 to May 2011 and now I am working as a junior officer at National Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank Ltd. From there I learned various extracurricular activities, which has strengthened my analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Here, I gained responsible for processing inward and outward instruments with due compliance of regulators and internal policies, Opening and System related maintenance of newly on-boarded accounts and account update of respective branch, Maintaining proper due diligence in account opening with compliance spirit of anti-money laundering and combating financing of terrorism. All of which provides me with great examples and evidence of me development and skills to future employers.

The course will provide me competencies in managing human capital resources and skills in managing workforce for gaining competitive advantage. I will teach the knowledge, understanding and skills relevant for pursuing a management career, critical and integrated study of management for students. How to systematically and creatively inform management practice through the development of advanced knowledge and understanding and how to use the appropriate tools and techniques beneficial to business operations, an improvement in independence, self-direction and self-development. I will also be able to develop the management art of becoming creative, innovative, visionary leader.
