A Yes, for English proficiency in addition to IELTS, BPP University accepts other SELTs –
If you do not have a SELT, BPP University will accept other English tests including –
Students who do not have certificate from any of the SELTs or other English tests mentioned above, can sit BPP University’s own English Test called ELT (English Language Test) to prove their proficiency in English.
A No, for Bangladeshi students BPP University does not accept English as Medium of Instructions of degree study letter to exempt English test. The logic might be if you studied your degree in which your medium of instructions were English throughout the course, then you can get the required grades in one of the English tests mentioned above and officially prove your proficiency in English.
MOI letters issued by different universities for almost any subject (including Bengali Literature!!!) cannot be justified and relied upon and to filter out genuine ones sometimes could be a subjective decision and questionable too. Hence to avoid all these uncertainties and avert risk the university has chosen not to accept MOI letters to exempt English requirements.

You do not need to submit separate application for scholarship; it will be awarded to you with your offer letter.
A To request CAS from BPP University, you will need to pay a minimum deposit of 60% of net tuition fees/1st year tuition fees (fees after bursary/scholarship). For MSc Accounting and Finance [Advanced Diploma Route], minimum deposit is £6,500.
There is a £500 extra discount for students who pay tuition fees in full. All these details will be on your offer letter.
A Yes, and Academic Credibility Interview (ACI) is one of the conditions for BPP University unconditional offer. Note that It is not a pre-CAS interview - you do not need to pay your tuition fees deposit for attending the interview, you can pay it after you pass this ACI and request CAS.
